In 2021, as part of a scouting assessment- I was requested to assess then Belgium’s U15 team. I had opted for:

- Mika Godts for his technical abilities and creativity
- …And Lucas Noumbi for his composure, leadership and ball playing skills as a CB

Mika is nominated for Ere Division player of the year 25/26
Lucas just promoted to La premiera division with @rcdeportivo after playing an integral role. by @siroccoint

‼️Found a GEM ‼️
Lucas Prudhomme 🇱🇺 | 26 | Attacking Midfielder
High-level creative midfielder delivering consistent end product and tactical control in the final third.

8 goals, 6 assists in 16 matches, operating as the central reference point for Al Dhaid SC.

Primary set-piece taker (free kicks, corners) with clean striking technique and proven output.

Combines strong ball-striking with advanced vision to create high-value chances (9 big chances created, xG 5.15 / xGOT 5.61).

Plays with tempo and clarity — scans early, receives on the half-turn, and consistently progresses play under pressure. Technically secure in tight areas, capable of eliminating defenders through balance, close control, and decision-making speed.

Profiles as a modern #10: progressive, efficient, and decisive in the final third.
Clear leader and focal point within his team structure.

Adam I had put forward to UAE pro league club after scouting. He is a young gem, very skilful- all rounder on the midfield, he likes to dictate the play and he is a joy to watch-huge potential which will enable him to reach European football one day. by @siroccoint

Statistically one of the strongest midfielders in Europe in progressive passing and creating chances this season. Have a look at Giannis Kosti’s match videos to enjoy his play in small spaces whilst dictating the tempo on the midfield. by @siroccoint

Ayoub @a.ouarghi._ is one of Europe’s best up and coming talents. He has recently committed himself to his club @feyenoord through 2028. Proud to see another kid from Amsterdam developing thoroughly. by @siroccoint
