@sammylu1990 I decided to try a thing. Fruit riot(at costco) Frozen grapes with a sour candy coating. 360 sorrento lemon vodka. Pour a shot of the lemon vodka, take it then eat one of the grapes...smoooooth with a nice bite. #lemonvodka #fruitriot by @sironartndesign

Dinner with @sammylu1990 😋 Photos never do anything justice. This mac and cheese... creamy and cheesey with jalapeno and cream cheese brats. Panko parmesan crusted topping..ran out of heavy cream, mixed in some sour cream and pasta water...hungarian hot paprika with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder..garden rotini pasta from great value, walmart? Half a box of that in a salt and olive oil bath. Handfull of cheddar, half a cup of parmesan and stir in. Mix the pasta and cheese sauce, pour half into a 9x9 baking dish, i drizzled some olive oil and used a paper towel to disperse it. Half the cheese mixture in. Pan fried jalapeno and cream cheese brats, added some pasta water, half cup at a time, maybe 3 times to kind of steam them as they cooked in between browning each sliced side. Add a layer of cheddar jack and the rest of the mac n cheese. Then top with the other half of brats slices, panko breading with melted butter and parmesan. A bit more cheese more panko and some small cubes of butter randomly placed over the top. Turned out great. Good luck deciphering this mess. For anyone wondering what I make to feed my 2 boys. Lab and Chaweeney. This makes enough for about a week and a couple days. If you have some suggestions on additions or subtractions, I'm all ears. 1 and 1/2 cupish for the lab twice a day. 3/4 cup twice a day for my little bean. I've been feeding them this for the past 2 years. I've been adjusting it for a better consistency and this has been pretty regular for the last year atleast. #dogfoodrecipe #dogfood #homemadefood #nomnoms by @sironartndesign

Napa cabbage blanched. End cut thing to roll better. Dashi, soy, shao xing wine, mirin, the water from blanching the cabbage. Salt, white pepper. Gonna let it cook a bit since there's raw meat in there before i do a taste test. Looks good though! by @sironartndesign
