As a mother raising a daughter, my prayer is that every little girl grows up in a world where she is heard, valued, protected, and given the freedom to become whoever she chooses to be. 💕

Grief has a way of interrupting even the simplest parts of your life, including the things you once looked forward to.

What you don’t see in this video is how emotional this moment was for me.

After almost three months away from exercising, I finally stepped back on my walking pad on October 2nd.

Something that used to be my happy place suddenly brought me to tears.

But I’m slowly finding my way back. Not because the grief has disappeared, but because I deserve to keep showing up for myself, even while carrying it.

One day, one step at a time.

My biggest fear happened, and somehow, I’m still here.

So right now, I’m learning to live with the grief without letting it consume my whole life. I still have a life to live, and I want to actually live it. 🤍
