London Sunday Brunch, with an Italian twist… 🇬🇧❤️ 🇮🇹

Tucked away in the heart of Kensington, we discovered a little slice of Italy at La Nonna’s Sunday Brunch, hosted by @laterrazzaldn inside the @hotelxenialondon . ☀️🍝

Inspired by the warmth, flavours, and generosity of Italian family gatherings, this is far more than your usual Sunday brunch.

Everything on the buffet is homemade by @ch_guer and her team, from freshly baked pastries and traditional Italian desserts to savoury favourites and seasonal specialities. Alongside the buffet, there’s also an à la carte menu featuring everything from brunch classics to authentic Italian dishes, so there’s truly something for everyone.

It wasn’t just the food that made this special. The live music, the terrace setting, and the welcoming atmosphere brought the warmth of Italy to the whole experience. 🇮🇹❤️

The kind of brunch that reminds you food is meant to be shared, stories are meant to be told around the table, and Sundays are meant to be enjoyed slowly.✨

The new seasonal Afternoon Tea has just launched at @theanchor.chelseaharbour located inside the @chelseaharbourhotel and it’s the perfect excuse to slow down and indulge by the harbour ✨☕️🌊

Think sunshine on the terrace, calm harbour views, perfectly brewed @hooglytea, and a beautifully curated afternoon tea experience.🫖☕️✨

The savoury selection was beautifully balanced, with the coronation bun being a standout for us. The warm scones deserve a moment of their own, rich, buttery, delicately fragrant, and served fresh enough to still carry that comforting oven-baked aroma. And yes… they were HUGE 😍🤍

From the pâtisserie, our absolute favourite was the choux au craquelin filled with rhubarb & mascarpone mousse and basil ganache, light, refreshing, and bursting with flavour in the most delicious way.

Definitely one of our favourite afternoon tea spots lately, especially now that terrace season in London has officially started 👀☀️🤍

We found our oasis at @grandpalladiumpuntacana where everything slows down. Endless pools, lush greens all around, and that unreal blue of the sea.💙

Waking up here just feels different, softer, lighter, exactly how a holiday should feel.💆🏼‍♀️

Hidden in Chelsea… but this bakery is worth finding.👀🥐✨

@heidi.bakery has just launched its Lunch with Love menu, and we couldn’t wait to try it.

Tucked away inside the historic Soane Stable Yard at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch. The Lunch with Love menu includes your choice of a freshly baked main, served with either a seasonal salad or a hot side, plus a hot or cold drink. If you’re in the mood to make it extra special, you can also add a glass of wine. 🥂

Everything is baked fresh from scratch, and you can taste the quality in every bite.

Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying their Great Taste Award-winning Chocolate Mirror Glaze and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We also fell for the Strawberry & Vanilla Tart, which paired perfectly with an iced matcha. 🍫🍓🍵

If you’re looking for a hidden bakery in London that’s full of flavour, charm and freshly baked goodness, this is one to add to your list. 🤍

The bar. The restaurant. The history. The food. All in one iconic hotel. ✨🍽️

We tried the ‘Best of the Best’ menu at @caxton_grill nestled inside the beautiful @sterminshotel
in the heart of Westminster, and it was an experience from the moment we walked through the doors.✨

Stepping inside feels like stepping back in time. The warm lighting, elegant interiors, rich wood finishes and cosy atmosphere create the perfect setting for a relaxed evening, while the hotel’s fascinating history adds something truly special. Once a wartime headquarters for British intelligence and a favourite of Churchill, every corner has a story to tell.🎞️💫

Now, onto the food… 👀

🦪 Seared Scottish scallops with roasted garlic pesto and toasted hazelnuts; perfectly cooked, delicate and full of flavour.

🥩 48-hour slow-cooked Hereford short rib with gochujang marinade and red cabbage slaw; so tender it simply melted apart.

🍰 The sweetest ending. Delicate, creative and beautifully presented desserts: from the zesty Apple Mojito, refreshing White Chocolate Basil Mousse, elegant Raspberry Lychee Rose Cake, and the unique Sheep’s Milk Mousse with halwa cream and sweet dukka, made it impossible to choose a favourite.👀

One detail we loved? Many of the herbs and even the honey used throughout the menu come straight from the hotel’s own rooftop garden and beehives. 🐝🌿

If you’re looking for somewhere that combines incredible food, timeless elegance and a piece of London’s history, this is one to add to your list.

Turns out, all we needed was a sea view room in Sorrento. 🌊✨

From the moment we opened the curtains, we were greeted by endless blue sea, the Sorrentine coastline, and the kind of scenery that makes you want to slow down and savour every moment.

Some places make you want to explore. Others make you want to stay exactly where you are. This view from @hoteleuropapalacesorrento did both. 💙🇮🇹

🍋🍝 As true Italians, we’re used to the tradition of making fresh pasta every Sunday. But this time, it was a little different…

We joined the Limoncini 🍋 Pasta Masterclass at @pastaevangelists and wow, what a beautiful experience!😍 The Amalfi Coast, served on a plate… 🇮🇹🍋😍

From crafting fresh pasta from scratch to enjoying the final dish, every moment was so much fun. The pasta looked almost too cute to eat… and it tasted even better than it looked! The little aperitivo and the bottomless prosecco made the experience even better. 👀🥂✨

Whether you’re a pasta lover, looking for a unique date idea, or simply want to try something new, this is such a fun and engaging experience to share with someone you love.🫶🏻

For us, it turned into the perfect sisters’ day out.✔️💛🍋

Tea, live piano, and one of the prettiest rooms in London ✨🥂☕️🫖🎹

Afternoon tea at @thesavoylondon is the kind of experience where elegance and flavour come together beautifully. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt carefully curated, from the atmosphere to the selection of savoury bites and delicate pastries.✨

While we loved the balance of flavours across the savoury selection, the sweets truly stole the show for us…👀

The Strawberry & Basil Tartlet and the Raspberry & Pistachio creation, made with pistachio financier, raspberry compôte, and rose mousse, were easily among our favourites. Unique, beautifully presented, and full of flavour without feeling too heavy.😍

With vanilla black tea, champagne, and live piano in the background, the whole experience felt effortlessly special!🥂🤍

Whether you go for the traditional afternoon tea or one of their seasonal experiences, it’s definitely one to add to your London list.
