I’m very happy to share with you our new single, SPIRITS OF THE DEAD! It was an honor to collaborate with Dan Malsch at @soundminerecordingstudio and I’ve wanted to scream that he was producing a Sisters Of Black Mountain Song ever since. Now that it’s finally here, You can hear it wherever you listen to music and at noon PDT the music video will premiere on YouTube!

In October, @joey.welcher and I got to go to Pennsylvania to record our song Spirits Of The Dead with @danmalschmusic who mixed one of my favorite Ghost Albums. It was an honor to sit under his learning tree and absorb the business in a way that neither of us had ever experienced. Through tries and conversations with some of the most talented artists we’ve ever been able to work with, we crafted a song that I feel is really special. I want to thank Dan for the opportunity as well as the insight and guidance of @joshbalz and hearing my song through the musical vision of artists like @jonnova and @ajlarsenmusic . I’m so grateful for this experience and look forward to everything that comes next.

Sisters Of Black Mountain is a dark, witch-pop, occult-rock trio from Los Angeles, CA led by Cecilia Enriquez. Combining 1960s-style vocal harmonies with spooky themes, they fit perfectly on the playlist.

Their latest single, “Spirits Of The Dead”, is out now and they’ve also got a few live shows coming up in California and Las Vegas before the end of the year.

Other releases include their singles “Amdusias”, “Ghost House”, “When The Morning Comes”, “Spirit Board”, “Edgar Allan Poetry”, “Sisters”, and “Crystal Raven”

Find their music on the Bone Skeletons playlist or by checking out their full discography! 💀🎶

🔪 New Podcast Episode Out Now!

I sat down with the incredibly talented Cecilia of Sisters of Black Mountain for a deep, fascinating conversation about the dark art of songwriting and the birth of their haunting sound.

We dive into how they transformed from Saint Cecilia into this occult-tinged powerhouse — crafting their unique concept, penning spellbinding lyrics about spirits, desire, and the other side, and drawing inspiration from:

😈 Swedish occult rock legends Ghost
🎸 The dreamy California sound
🎥 70s Italian Horror cinema & Giallo masterpieces

If you love music that feels like a Dario Argento film scored by a gothic girl group, this one’s for you. Cecilia shares incredible insight into the creative process, influences, and the emotional core behind tracks like “Spirits of the Dead" (Sample before the interview).
