Finally the day is here. My last bts from @onebattleafteranothermovie More than twenty years in the making in the mind of Paul Thomas Anderson. A work that will stand as a living testament to the times we are living in, and for me as an actor, the joy of experiencing it from within the world of the film as one of the Sisters of the Brave Beaver.

What strikes most is the extraordinary care behind every detail, the universe the entire crew created, weaving fragments of real life into the fabric of the story.

Being a part of it, will always be one of the best experiences of my life. A real gift to witness a different kind of filmmaking that was gentle, deliberate, patient, and carefully built.

Hey Upstate! So excited to come spend the day with you! We’re joining Lowell Herb Co. @lowellfarms for the Croptober Cup on October 26 at Red Hook Golf Club bringing our free rolling workshop to a day of golf, music, community, and connection!

Best of all, 100% of tournament ticket proceeds support @lastprisonerproject and their work to free people still incarcerated for the plant.

Legalization is progress, but legalization is not justice.
Nobody should be in prison for a plant.

Our meditation practice explores a simple but powerful human ability: metacognition, or the awareness of our own thinking. →

The practice isn’t about stopping thoughts or forcing positivity. →

It’s about noticing the moment a thought begins to pull us, and remembering that we can consciously redirect our attention. →

It’s the ability to recognize that you are more than the thoughts passing through your mind. →

Three simple steps that create space between a thought and a reaction. →

That space is where intention begins. Where every choice is made.

Awareness is a practice.

And there is profound power in practicing it together.

So much love has been shared over the last couple of weeks since the launch of Mother Tongue Magazine Issue 10 ✨ @mother_tongue_magazine

It has been incredibly meaningful to meet, learn from, and share space with such a remarkable group of women through this experience.

A huge thank you to Melissa and Natalia for believing in and nurturing such a thoughtful space for the feminine experience and spirit to expand, and to Vanessa, whose thoughtful imprint across the pages brings it all together.

Thank you to Janet Manley for writing with such wit and honesty, capturing truths that are both deeply personal and universally understood. And thank you to Shana Jade Trajanoska for documenting us through photographs that capture the softness, rebellious nature, and quiet essence of who we are materialized in the world.

There is something deeply special about seeing stories exist in physical form, something you can hold close, smell, touch, revisit, and keep. In a world increasingly detached from tangible experience, that feels more important than ever.
