By definition, a hullabaloo is a commotion, an uproar, a magnificent racket, and on Friday, 27 November, that is precisely what is coming to Stellenbosch.
Launching the very first installment of the Hullabaloo Sessions, this high-energy showcase brings together a powerhouse lineup of South Africa’s most formidable live acts for an explosive night of music at The Daisy Jones. Known far and wide as one of the country’s premier music venues, boasting state-of-the-art sound and lighting, the Daisy Jones stage provides the ultimate canvas for a concert series designed to push live performance to its absolute limit.
Bringing the noise and setting the standard for the night are four legendary bands, each notorious for delivering unrelenting, high-octane stage shows.

From the raw, coastal Punk Rock fury of the West Coast Wolves and the soaring, Anthemic Rock energy of Tree63, to the electrifying Indie Rock revival grit of The Dirty Skirts and the unstoppable, Brass-Fuelled dance party that is Nomadic Orchestra, this lineup offers no breathing room. Every single act on the bill has built a reputation for leaving everything on the stage, guaranteeing a non-stop, sweat-drenched spectacle from start to finish!

Whether you’re a die-hard fan of heavy riffs, infectious rhythms, or unmatched live showmanship, the inaugural Hullabaloo Sessions promises a sensory overload of sonic power and stage production. Gather your crew, brace yourself for a glorious uproar, and prepare to witness four iconic acts turn up the volume and set Stellenbosch ablaze.

Known for their high-energy festival performances and SAMA-winning alternative rock sound, the band is stepping away from the big stages this Friday, the 28th of August, for a relaxed, seated show at the iconic Alma Cafe.
This special evening is a rare chance to experience their catalogue up close, from classics such as “Daddy Don’t Disco” and “Homewrecker” to songs from their recent EP, Radiant Clouds, all served with stories, conversation and considerably less distance between band and audience.
