God knew in this season I would need something bigger than me to keep going, to stay optimistic, to still pray, to still have hope. I needed them ❤️ Look at my little “reasons” 🥹. The days are long but the years are truly short 😮‍💨 taken in Cordova, Tennessee by @sitting_prettyh2t

🕊️💙 My Big “Little” Brother by @sitting_prettyh2t

My brother, my built in best friend is gone. The nerve of the sun to still shine! the traffic to still jam! the world to keep moving like my brother didn’t just die. I never imagined life without him being a phone call away. I was supposed to watch you go gray, get married, have me a niece, and prove CHF wrong!! I can’t believe this. who do you call when the person you always call is gone?? #griefsucks by @sitting_prettyh2t

Okayyyy food festival crew, let me put y’all on before you go! 😂🤤 If you’re planning to go this weekend, here are a few things I learned from my experience today:

✨ BE PREPARED TO WAIT! The parking was smooth, entry was smooth… honestly, the LONG food lines were the worst part. So pack your patience AND your positive energy because you’re gonna be standing around for a while!

💳 Bring your card or be ready to tap! I’d definitely prepare to pay cashless.

👟 WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES. Your feet will thank you later!

👯‍♀️ Bring your people! If you’re going with friends/family, split up and get in different food lines. You can cover WAY more ground that way and meet back up.

🪑 You can bring wagons & lawn chairs, which I definitely recommend if you’re planning to stay awhile.

💦 STAY HYDRATED! And honestly… EAT BEFORE YOU GO! 😂 Don’t show up starving because the lines are going to test your patience AND your blood sugar. 🤣

Nowwwww let’s talk about what I ate! 👀🔥

🍗 Mac & cheese stuffed smoked turkey leg
🌽 Mexican street corn
🥩 Brisket
🍖 Oxtail
🔥 Carne asada stuffed Hot Cheeto balls 🤤
🍡 Mochi fruit
🥤 Authentic cream soda

Everything was givinggggg! 🤤🔥

Overall, I had a good time! Just go knowing that this is an experience, not a quick “grab some food and leave” situation. 😂 Bring your friends, come prepared, stay hydrated, and PACK YOUR PATIENCE!

Serving my city in a beautiful way 💙🤍 On Monday, I had the honor of volunteering alongside some incredibly talented stylists and nail techs to help 5th grade graduates feel confident, celebrated, and seen for their big day.

There’s something special about women coming together to pour into the next generation. Grateful to use my gift for moments that matter ✨🎓💇🏽‍♀️💅🏽 #PanacheCares #MemphisStylists #PanacheCares4U #Prettyandpolishedpopupsalon taken in Memphis, Tennessee by @sitting_prettyh2t
