Can you say ICON??!! @gracejonesofficial 6/13/2025 @meritageresort

I don't use the word ICON lightly but Grace Jones is the definition of the word in my dictionary!! The Napa show was so damn good on every level I had to catch her again two nights later at the Hollywood Bowl!

Both nights she set the venues on fire with her voice, her fashion and her passion for performing! And during both shows she couldn't help but have issues with the curfews that were being enforced! She had more music and more love to share and the curfews just didn't work for this tour de force!!

Without a doubt rockin' out with Grace Jones was a dream come true and these two nights are burned into my soul forever!! There is absolutely no question seeing Grace Jones was the highlight of 2025!! I thought it would never happen but the Universe screamed "GO SEE GRACE" and wow am I ever grateful that I listened🙏

This year go experience something you've always dreamt of...the Universe will rock with joy and the whole world will shine just a little bit brighter😇 taken in The Meritage Resort and Spa by @situationawesome

Wow...Goodbye 2025 and Hello 2026!! 3 nights of rockin' out with 2 full tilt no holds barred bands that are without a doubt at the top of my and a bunch of badass humans do not miss at any cost list of Rock n Roll bands was exactly what was needed in this beautiful Universe!

@starcrawler and @plaguevendor threw down so damn hard @casbahsandiego my head is still spinning two days later! Truly magical on every level and 3 nights this human will never forget!! If you've never seen them then add it to your New Year's resolution!!

I must also say a HUGE THANKS to Starcrawler for letting me put my book out on their merch table!! It was a passion project that came from their New Year's run a year ago and I'm super excited to have my first little bit of art out in the world! The band inspired me like no other and I'm forever grateful!

Lastly thanks to everyone who picked up a copy!! I hope it brings a smile to your heart everytime you take a peak at it. Fun tip...count how many times Lamb makes an appearance in it🐑💘

Now go see as much Rock n Roll as you can this year!! Its the Elixir of the Heavens without a doubt😇 taken in Casbah San Diego by @situationawesome

Taking pictures and videos aren't allowed @preservationhall unless you've been a fantastic audience and then maybe you'll get lucky and during the last song you can get your little snapshot!! Shannon Powell on the drumkit aka "the King of the Treme" and the Preservation Hall Allstars are truly a gift from the Universe. A must experience when you visit New Orleans!!

I've got to add a quick snippet about my buddy Shannon as last year he sadly had a heart attack and a stroke in quick succession. Well the heavens weren't ready for him🙏 and lucky for us (the whole music loving family) we still get to experience this phenomenal human doing what he truly loves and that is to bring the rhythm and the sunshine of New Orleans music to us all!! It was a treat to be able to catch up a bit and when he told me that while he was recuperating all he could think about was getting back behind the kit and doing his thing it brought chills to my whole being!!

At the moment he plays Thursdays and Saturdays at "The Hall" so get down there and support a true New Orleans treasure and when you do just remember...WOW😇 by @situationawesome

There's just something about @k11bill aka Bill Cash and his pedal steel that brings the already out of this world @starcrawler experience to a whole other Universe! Maybe its because there's a certain calm within the storm type feel...who knows but they're on tour with @garbage for the next 2 months...Don't miss them!!

Oh these pics were taken this past Sunday in New Orleans as they're doing some headlining shows during the tour as well...

We all have our ups n downs but I'll attest that The Sword at this moment are up up and away one of the finest badass bands one can experience!! Go see something HEAVY asap...its mandatory for Evolution!! taken in Metro Music Hall by @situationawesome

High Octane Full Throttle Rock n Roll was on the menu for night one of @plaguevendor two night run at the Casbah in San Diego.

Yes,they are from a little point n shoot film camera I've been having a blast with and Yes,if you're in Southern Cali get your ass to the Casbah for tonight's finale...Real Sweat and Plague Vendor's Real Rock n Roll will be great for your soul😇 by @situationawesome
