Very important lesson today about weight distribution through your turns.

What do you need help with this summer?

Fix your problems with Summer Ski Lessons 🤣

What an amazing day taking the ferry over to Lindau this morning and running in the 3 Länder Marathon.

I only knew i was running yesterday when Christina sent me her ticket via email having contacted her on Instagram.

It just goes to show that positive thinking and positive people make things happen and winners never quit!

This was a good one looking for the trucks that take your bag back to the start finish line.

Obviously I had lost my number so it couldn't be identified but I found it nevertheless innit?! taken in Lindau Insel, Lindau (Bodensee) by @sizzmozz

It's been such an amazing journey but this is just the beginning.

Next race should be a trail running event with some mountains in my way.

Any ideas would be gratefully received 🙏

A massive thank you to the stranger who sent me their ticket for this event.

I must say, I enjoyed my first running event since my college days.

May there be many more to come and PBs all over the place!

Nothing like getting into the flow but watch those feet like a hawk!

I like to keep my poles close by to hinder ant wipe outs!

I'm not wearing a helmet so I need something to save me, right?

Enjoying the day one I figured out where the hell i was going. This is what is behind the Rappenlochschluckt.

I didn't make it to the top but I wasn't too bothered. I even got offered a lift back down but had to decline. Quite happy to be on my own for this one.

Know what i mean?
