Filmed during a busy run up to the Christmas break! 💨✅

Our Plumley new build is now in its final stages.
We started this project in late January with one goal, to get our clients into their new home for Christmas. Thanks to the hard work of the whole team, we made it happen. Their first Christmas in their forever home made it all worth it. 🏠

The finishing touches are coming together beautifully!

Great character throughout this new build.

A special project from start to finish delivered by the Peck Mill Team.

Big news! 🏃‍♂️

Our Director is running the London Marathon to raise money for New Start, The Charity supports the transplant ward at Wythenshawe Hospital which works tirelessly to give families there second chance in life.
Going from never running more than 2km until may last year to running a marathon is going to be a massive challenge for myself, I will be sharing my training along the way, and if you’re able to donate or share the page, it would mean the world. Every bit of support helps and is hugely appreciated.

Thank you all ❤️

📍 Blakelow Road, Project Update – Before the Transformation

This beautiful Victorian red-brick property has incredible character, but as you can see from the before images, it was ready for a new chapter.

Key observations from the site prior to works:
• Derelict rear decking and outbuildings beyond repair
• Overgrown gardens with poor fencing and tired landscaping
• Weathered windows, doors, and external details in need of refurbishment

Despite these challenges, the property’s proportions, slate roof, and heritage features make it a fantastic base for redevelopment.

Our goal: a sensitive renovation and modern extension that restores its historic character while bringing it up to today’s standards of design and living.
Exciting changes ahead as we bring this home back to life.

Our 7 Oaks project is officially complete, and now on the market! 🏡

We’ve included a quick glimpse of the finished product here, but stay tuned over the coming weeks as we share more of the finer details that really bring this home to life.

This was a full-scale transformation. What was once a tired, dilapidated farmhouse has been reimagined into a stunning forever home, combining traditional charm with contemporary living. The project included extensive structural work: underpinning, a two-storey rear extension, and a single-storey side extension.

Inside, the craftsmanship speaks for itself. From bespoke joinery and herringbone floors to boutique-inspired bathrooms and a showstopping kitchen-living-dining space: every corner reflects quality, care, and considered design.

Key Features:
– Juliette Balcony overlooking the garden
– Shaker-style kitchen with quartz worktops
– Dual-sided log burner
– Feature ceiling and lighting details
– Lusso Stone bathrooms
– Open-plan kitchen/living/dining area perfect for modern family life

A big thank you to the brilliant supply chain that helped us bring this vision to life:
