Did you know that there are 3 different recommended reading orders for Throne of Glass? ❤️‍🔥
Talk about being confusing for newbies wanting to dive in.
But let’s talk about when to read the prequel, The Assassin’s Blade 🗡️
Firstly we have the chronological order, this would have you reading The Assassin’s Blade first. A lot of people read it this way (I did the first time I read the series) 📖
Then there’s the release order, The Assassin’s Blade was the third book in the series to be released so this would have you reading it after Crown of Midnight ✨
And lastly we have the romantic order (and arguably my favourite reading order) 💕
If you chose this way, you will read The Assassin’s Blade after finishing Heir of Fire.
Long story short, there’s no right or wrong way reading order but no matter what order you choose, it will still be an emotional rollercoaster 🥺 #throneofglass #sjm #sarahjmaas #bookclub by @sjm.supportgroup

Meet the Jess 👋🏼✨
She will be running a fantasy specific sub group of bay book club, starting with reading the full ACOTAR series or Sarah J Maasverse if you will ✨🌙

You will see Jess at most of our events, she has been the biggest help the past few weeks behind the scenes & feels like my right arm at the moment 🥹❤️‍🔥

Give the @sjm.supportgroup page a follow & send it to a fellow fantasy / romantasy lover, or someone wanting to start reading the ACOTAR series but doesn’t know where to start ☺️📖

We’re throwing it back to where it all began ❤️‍🔥
In a land without magic, Celaena Sardothien, an assassin and prisoner is brought to the Glass Castle for the chance to fight for her freedom. If she defeats murderers, thieves and warriors, she will be released from prison to serve as the King’s Champion. But when the other competitors start mysteriously dying one by one, she strives to uncover the evil lurking in the castle.

But where to start… 🤔
I have tried every reading order but I still believe the best one is the one recommended by Sarah J Maas herself.
Throne of Glass
Crown of Midnight
The Assassin’s Blade
Heir of Fire
Queen of Shadows
Empire of Storms
Tower of Dawn
Kingdom of Ash

Whether you’re reading for the first time or revisiting the world for the 10th time, I’ll be here to guide you through and keep you accountable.
So with another long weekend upon us, it’s the perfect time to start Throne of Glass together ✨ by @sjm.supportgroup
