A big life update this week. After several years of starts and stops between global pandemics and several strikes I have finally accomplished all the criteria and joined the IATSE Local 600 camera department Union as an Assistant Camera. I want to say a big thank you to everyone I have worked with over the years to get me to this point and a huge thank you to my wife, who has done so much behind the scenes to support me in following my dreams, and my family for believing in me during the crazy rollercoaster of a journey. Can’t wait to see what this next chapter of life brings! by @sjnatale

Just getting back to LA after a few months run on an out of town show with some really awesome people! Was a great experience but very glad to be sleeping in my own bed tonight.

One of the best weekends of all time this past Memorial Day weekend. Not many people know this but I am on a 3 month long show across the country in NYC. It’s been rough being away for so long and we are currently about half way through the run. The perk of this show is I’m able to see my parents, brother and extended family a bit more now that I’m in the same state as them for a few months. When the show started we made a plan for me to come home for memorial weekend to be able to see everyone and celebrate my end of May birthday.

With Meg’s work schedule she isn’t able to come visit me until the end of the run, basically spending the whole time apart. From before the start of the show we had friends coming to LA to visit/stay with us and Meg wouldn’t be able to make a trip to Buffalo to meet up. Boy was I surprised when I saw her face on the other side of security to pick me up Saturday morning from the Buffalo airport. I was so confused but so unbelievably happy to see her. A work conflict for our friends made it so their trip had to be postponed but Meg kept up the front that they were coming to LA, even telling me when their plane was getting in so I wouldn’t suspect anything incase I happened to see her location at the LAX airport. “It would just be her picking them up.” And then got my parents and brother in on the secret so they could keep up the story that one of them would get me when I landed in Buffalo. Being married now and always in the same house together we have a hard time surprising each other in life, she got me good on this one! Best surprise ever!! I love her so much ❤️. Happy Birthday @meghancurr. This year is the first year since we’ve met that we haven’t been able to celebrate your birthday together and your first birthday as my wife.
