A few years ago, @emiko.tap and I went into a studio together for the very first time and made this choreo. It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship ✨👯‍♀️

The joy of dancing with @richardjhinds stays with you long after class ends ♥️ We could not be more excited to have Richard back in the Steps Spotlight to share his infectious energy and love for theater jazz! With a career spanning Broadway, the West End, and television, Richard brings his love for storytelling into everything he does. His choreography gives dancers something to say, with musicality and character woven into every step. We love the way he challenges dancers to bring the movement to life while keeping the joy of dancing at the heart of it all. There’s nothing better than a room full of dancers giving their all and having the best time together! Don’t miss your chance to experience that feeling for yourself at 2121 Broadway NEXT THURSDAY! ⭐️

WE’RE BACK!!! ♥️ The energy on the fourth floor is buzzing again, and it feels so good to have our Conservatory dancers back here at 2121 Broadway. After their first week full of dancing, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to finish it off than learning Lost Boys rep from the one and only @creelomoves! ⭐️ Our dancers dove into the movement, storytelling, and all the details that bring the choreography to life. This is only the beginning of everything this semester has in store, and we can’t wait to see everything our dancers are going to accomplish!!! ✨

There’s something about the way @madihicks creates that pulls you in ♥️ Her work is constantly evolving, shaped by curiosity, exploration, and a willingness to follow an idea wherever it leads. Throughout her career, Madi has continued to challenge herself as a creator, performer, and teacher, always finding new ways to explore movement and share her artistry with the dancers around her. That same curiosity is at the heart of her classes at Steps. Madi encourages dancers to keep an open mind, take risks, and move beyond what feels familiar, creating space to discover new possibilities within themselves and the movement. Time in the studio with Madi always leaves you seeing movement a little differently, and we can’t wait to share that experience with her in the Steps Spotlight NEXT WEDNESDAY! ⭐️

There’s something so special about the way @saulscoco makes every dancer in the room feel seen ♥️ Her class is rooted in everything she has learned throughout an incredibly versatile career, but what makes Courtney such an amazing educator is the heart she brings to sharing it. She teaches dancers to trust themselves, take ownership of their movement, and discover a confidence that feels entirely their own. Courtney has a way of knowing when to challenge you and when to remind you to simply enjoy being in the room, creating a space where dancers feel encouraged to take chances, trust their instincts, and find something new in their artistry along the way. Don’t miss your chance to train with Courtney in her Steps Spotlight THIS SUNDAY! ⭐️
