Meet the team: SAM

Some athletes are talented.

Some athletes are relentless.

Sam is both.

Another homegrown PCT athlete, Sam is heading into his second season on Temptation, and if you’ve watched his journey over the years, you know none of this happened by accident.

This kid has put in the work.

And we mean work.

Extra training.

Weekends with specialists.

Hours in the gym.

Lifting.

CrossFit.

Recovery.

Nutrition.

Sleep.

Repeat.

Over and over and over again.

While most people were looking for shortcuts, Sam was building a process.

The result?

One of the youngest true stunters in the country.

A National Team Training Program athlete.

And someone with some very big goals that he’s chasing every single day.

What we love most about Sam is that he’s proof that effort works.

Not instantly.

Not magically.

But consistently.

Year after year, skill after skill, he’s turned hard work into results.

And somehow, because he’s still age-eligible, he also crosses over to Oasis.

Which is pretty cool.

Not just because he gets more time on the mat.

But because he gets to share it with his ridiculously talented little sister.

We’re not saying we’re already looking forward to writing one of these posts about her someday...

But we’re definitely already looking forward to writing one of these posts about her someday.

Sam is the definition of effort equals growth.

A homegrown athlete.

A great teammate.

And one of the clearest examples of what can happen when somebody commits fully to their goals.

We’re super proud of you, buddy.
