Furniture is what you buy for many years, what you will use every day. That’s why we make only strong, stable and quality furniture.

Our products are specially designed for children from 1 year old. We take into account their growth and needs and choose only safe materials and odor-free paints 👌🏻

Skandibøbër furniture is made of certified birch plywood. It is considered one of the most durable and resistant furniture materials. We are parents of two children, so we know exactly what kind of furniture children and parents dream of.

Hello!👋🏻 We are a workshop of children’s design furniture SkandiBober.

We have been inventing and creating unique Montessori furniture since 2018. Our mission is to make children’s furniture aesthetic and comfortable. For 6 years we had more than 4000 customers worldwide!

When our son was one year old, we noticed that mass market furniture was uncomfortable for him. We’ve been looking for a comfortable low table and a chair for our son, but the furniture from the shops didn’t have armrests, the legs of the child hung.

Then we decided to develop our version of children’s furniture!✨

We developed a chair with adjustable height. Our son liked to play with sand, so we added a table with high sides to the chair. Later we added chalk and then a magnetic board!

This is our most basic product, which we constantly improve and complement. Now we have a range of furniture that covers all the needs of a child of preschool age.

Our production is in Portugal. You can make an order and calculate the price on our site skandibober.store. You can also find us on Etsy❤️

There’s something natural in every woman—the desire to create a cozy, beautiful home 🤍

For moms, it’s not enough for children’s furniture to be just functional—it should also be beautiful and thoughtfully designed.

In our workshop, we create pieces that are both practical and эстетичная:
books stay in place, everything is easy for little hands to reach, and every detail is carefully considered.

Because furniture should not only be useful—
it should create a warm, inspiring space ✨

✨ When a kid’s room is more than just a room — it’s a space to grow

At SkandiBober, we love not only designing furniture,
but also bringing your ideas to life 🤍

Recently, Dina came to us with a request:
to create a Montessori-inspired kids’ room —
✔️ where a child can do things independently
✔️ where the space feels safe and functional
✔️ but without looking overly “childish”

Here’s what we created:

🏡 A floor house bed
— cozy, accessible, and a little world of their own

✨ A growing 4-in-1 set (our bestseller!)
— with a magnetic board for creativity and learning

📚 A double shelf unit
— minimalist, stylish, and designed to last for years

The result — a space that
not only looks beautiful,
but also helps a child grow independently 🌱

Thank you for your trust —
projects like this mean a lot to us 💛

Imagine how much easier your daily outings will become!

Let everything your child needs be within easy reach 🤍

🚨 This bed is calling your child! 🛌✨

If your little one is trying to escape from their crib, it’s not just a phase.
It’s a sign that it’s time to switch to a safe floor bed.

Why parents choose a low floor bed for toddlers:

✅ Freedom and respect
A bed is not a “cage” — it’s a place for rest, reading, and sleep. Your child can get in and out independently, without tears or calling for help.

✅ Fewer bedtime battles — better sleep
Without high rails, a child doesn’t feel trapped. As a result, they’re more willing to go to bed and learn to fall asleep on their own (especially at ages 2–4 🤪).

❗️ Safety comes first
Low height means a much lower risk of falls and injuries. Even if a child rolls off during sleep, it’s safe and not scary.

🌿 Our floor bed, handcrafted in our workshop
— aesthetic, minimalist design
— safety rail can be installed on either side
— mattress base height is only 15 cm

How to turn the kitchen into a space of discovery, not restrictions? 🤔

A learning tower is a safe way to involve your child in daily tasks 🙌🏻

With it, your little one:
✨ helps in the kitchen,
✨ learns through play,
✨ feels independent.

And you stay calm knowing they’re safe.
Let the kitchen become a place for growth and joy!
