You can’t sit with us😎

93 Specialized Deja Two tandem mountain bike, mostly factory original. We only swapped out handle bars, pedals, and saddles.

Thanks to the fellas over at Erie Bike Co-op for helping us get her rolling! by @skatergates

Here’s another what I eat in a day video! This one had slightly more processed food than I normally eat, sometimes it’s just easier in the heat. (Protein powder, Beyond Chicken pieces). While I generally don’t make a habit of eating fake meats, this one didn’t have too bad of ingredients, tasted pretty good, and had solid macros.
I’ll give you my oil free dressing recipe:
3 Tbs Lemon balsamic vinegar
2 tbs Dijon
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs oil free hummus, I use Wegmans organic one
1 tbs lemon juice
Salt
Pepper

The highlight was definitely seeing the elk! I’ve never seen them before, and I’ve lived in Pennsylvania my whole life. We will probably try to go back to Cherry Springs State Park in the fall during a new moon so we can see more! #vanlife #sprintervan #vlog #pennsylvania #camping taken in Pennsylvania Wilds by @skatergates

As requested, here is my CoYo recipe.
2 cans of full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup raw cashews
4 acidophilus capsules

Blend in a high-speed blender, put it in a clean jar covered with a cloth and rubber band, and let sit on your counter for 24 to 48 hours. Super easy! #wfpb #oldgal #wieiad #vegan by @skatergates

Quick morning spring greens juice using my @omegajuicing vert juicer. They don’t make this model anymore, (bought in 2017) but they’ve got some great newer models. Affiliate link in bio! by @skatergates
