Huge thanks to Switch Master Mike (@official_dj_mfb 🐐) for reviving this old footage. The Philly footage was from the morning of a weekend trip with @christinestl, Lee Todo, @sweetwhitney, and others(?). Pretty sure that we stayed at Christine's friend Megan's house that time (thanks for hosting!). I actually rode up to the famous "Love Gap" a few times that day and thought that I could maybe get it. I had a million excuses not to try it, but the main excuse I gave myself that day was that it would really really suck if I ended up in the hospital, and I'm staying with friends of friends (who would likely not be stoked to care for a broken skate bum that weekend). Overall, I'm glad I avoided the huge gaps back then, since I doubt that I'd have the legs left to skate today.. but I'll be damned if I wouldn't have been stoked to have a Love Gap war story to tell my grandkids about 🥹. There's a few other clips from DC in this clip too, probably from later that week. Great memories and huge thanks to Mike again for this.. by @skeleton_canal

Lil line from Love Park in 98 that I rescued from a barely salvagable 8mm tape ❤️. Back when I was in full scarecrow form 😎. Never lived in philly, but was lucky enough to get in a number of memorable sessions from that time till the early 00s. Tricks in slowmo for legibility purposes. The opportunity to make new friends and share a common bond half way across the world is a tremendous feeling that I'd wish for anyone lucky enough to have the chance.

For an old skate dog like me, the best times often are between the skate tricks.. hangin out talking about skating, claiming weird tricks, talking about music/art or just whatevers on someone's mind.. and of course with a full stash of beer and "wills" to keep the fire burning 🔥.

Next time I gotta quit my job and bring a real camera so that we can shred and stack heavier! Many thanks to all the Hyderabad folks for welcoming me into the scene. taken in Hyderabad , Telengana. India by @skeleton_canal

Bike rack ollie at Nantucket High School back in 1999 (25 years ago 😳). This is where we all learned to skate before we were blessed with the jetties beach park in 96(?). This footage comes from a few surviving 8mm cassette tapes I have from the Sony handycam era 🫡 by @skeleton_canal
