I am so profoundly saddened by the loss of John Johnson . A father figure and mentor to myself and my closest friends . He guided us from high school into college - and remained a close friend and guide . He poured so much of himself into young people - selflessly and with grace. He encouraged me at so many of my low points, entertained and challenged me during my most radical rants , and even supported my attempts at stand-up .

Day 3. I was challenged by Canyada Luis to choose 20 albums that greatly influenced my taste in music. One album per day, for 20 consecutive days. No explanations (unless you ask), no reviews, just the album covers. Every day I will ask someone else to do the same and share their gems. Today I pick Ant Bonaparte by @skinahman
