expires august 31st . can be banked and used for future treatments ! by @skinbyshells

NEW: CO₂ LIFT MASK ✨
Medical-grade carboxytherapy designed to flood the skin with hydration and support circulation, recovery + barrier repair.

Perfect after microneedling or anytime skin is looking dull, dehydrated or tired. Leaves skin plumper, calmer, brighter + seriously glowy with zero downtime. by @skinbyshells

Think of microcurrent as a workout for your face. It uses gentle electrical currents to stimulate the facial muscles, helping the face look lifted, sculpted, and refreshed.

It’s perfect before an event for an immediate boost, but the best results come with consistency. Regular treatments help maintain definition, reduce the appearance of puffiness, and keep the skin looking energized.

No needles. No downtime. Just subtle, natural-looking results. 🤍 by @skinbyshells

Microcurrent uses gentle, low-level electrical currents to help tone and contour the facial muscles, reduce puffiness, and create a more lifted, refreshed appearance. It’s non-invasive, comfortable, and requires zero downtime! My lovely client’s incredible before and after 💓 by @skinbyshells

hi!! i’m shelly. 🤍

if you’re new here, i wanted to say hi. i’m so grateful you’re here, and so thankful for every client who’s trusted me over the years.

i’m a medical esthetician, and i’ve been doing this for 19 years. i still get excited talking about skin, and i honestly can’t imagine doing anything else.

when i’m not working, i’m probably listening to post-punk, booking another trip, getting lost in an old city, finding the prettiest gothic architecture, going to a concert, or having an Aperol spritz with my friends.

i’ve always believed the best skin is the kind that still looks like you. just healthy, effortless, and impossible to place.

thanks for following along. i’m really happy you’re here. ♡ by @skinbyshells

Microneedling creates collagen by making tiny micro channels in the skin to stimulate repair and rejuvenation ✨

I also offer advanced add-ons like PRP, PDRN, exosomes, and copper peptides to customize your treatment depending on your skin goals, concerns, and level of regeneration needed.

Every treatment is customized because every skin is different 💌 by @skinbyshells

I’m opening the vault ⛓️

serums, masks, devices… all of it
high to low, france to korea, everything in between

what’s actually worth it, what’s a scam, and what I use when your skin is giving post-weekend regret

Peptides are having a moment right now. You hear about them for recovery, metabolism, fat loss, and anti-aging.

But here’s what people overlook…

Your body is already designed to create many of these repair and recovery signals on its own.

The food you eat.
The sleep you get.
The way you move your body.

These all send signals that tell your body to build, repair, adapt, and maintain healthy tissue.

Your body is constantly responding to the inputs you give it.

And the truth is, the most powerful signals for healing aren’t always complicated. They’re the habits you practice every day.

This is the foundation.

Peptides and advanced treatments can absolutely enhance results—but they don’t replace it. by @skinbyshells

Dermaplaning is the perfect add-on or a glow-on-its-own.
Smoother skin, better absorption, instant radiance. by @skinbyshells

Face tools aren’t magic.
How you use them matters.

• Always cold
• Light pressure
• Up and out
• Consistency over force

This supports lymphatic flow and reduces morning puffiness.
Not a facelift. A refinement tool. 💕💕 by @skinbyshells
