This has been a very effective routine in treating my acne. The star of the show is the zapzyt acne control gel. Because it can be very drying, i try to use lots of hydrating products in the same routine .

Meet the new Bolden Sunscreen Serum SPF 50+ PA++++.
Here’s what stood out to me:

☀️ SPF 50+ PA++++ — broad-spectrum protection against UVB and UVA. PA++++ is the highest PA category for UVA protection.

💧 Serum-like texture, featherlight, fluid and spreads really easily. It melts into my skin and leaves no white cast.

✨ The finish — this is probably my favourite part. It leaves my skin dewy, glowy and beautifully sheeny without feeling heavy or greasy. Personally, I LOVE this kind of sunscreen finish.

🧴 Niacinamide — helps support the skin barrier, improve the appearance of uneven skin tone and help keep oil in check.

🍃 Green tea extract — provides antioxidant support to help defend against environmental stressors.

And it comes in a 50ml bottle, which is a pretty standard sunscreen size.

Apparently, even a salon baby can neglect her own hair. 😭
At this point, I had to stop complaining and actually do something.

I started with shampoo and conditioner, then followed with a protein treatment. I sectioned my hair, trimmed off some visibly damaged ends and applied the treatment thoroughly.

I improvised a little heat treatment with a hot towel and shower cap because I don’t have a steam cap. Then I rinsed it out, followed with leave-in conditioner, blow-dried my hair, applied an oil treatment and put it into a bun.

Just trying to get back to the basics and be more intentional with my hair care.

What do we think about this routine? Any recommendations ❓
