I wish I knew in my 20s and 30s what I know now about taking care of your skin! 💁🏼‍♀️Number 1: Avoid too much unprotected sun exposure. It will age you in your 50s and beyond and it’s very difficult to reverse. I could kick my 20-30 year old self for using baby oil, and tanning beds and never ever wearing sunscreen. What was I thinking??? I work in this industry and I have access to so many treatments, yet It has taken me at least 8 years to finally have skin that is “makeup optional”.
