Feeling like your face has gone flatter, hollower or simply doesn’t look as youthful as it used to? 👀

At our Liverpool clinic, we use Sculptra® to gradually rebuild the areas where collagen and volume have been lost, without simply filling the face.

For this patient, we mapped:

📍 Temples — significant hollowing, which we’ll build gradually using a reconstitution focused on restoring volume.

📍 Posterior face — rebuilding support through the outer face to create a stronger foundation.

📍 Marionette area — addressing anterior volume loss and supporting the lower face.

📍 Cheeks & mid-face — flattened cheeks can change the whole appearance of the face. Restoring mid-face volume is key to creating a softer, more youthful contour.

When the weight comes off but your face decides to lose a little too 👀😂

A little facial upgrade with @skinfinity.aesthetics 💉✨

After my weight loss journey, I started noticing that I’d lost some volume through my face, especially around my cheeks. So I visited Mia to start the first stage of my facial rejuvenation.

We used 4ml of LUMIFILL Max to restore some of that lost volume, enhance my cheekbones and add more definition through my jawline and chin.

The goal was never to change my face. I still wanted to look like ME, just a little more structured, defined and masculine while keeping everything looking natural. 🤌🏼

Ever wondered why I spend time drawing all over your face before I inject? 😂

Because cheek filler isn’t simply about adding volume. Placement is everything.

Before treating, we map the face using anatomical reference points, including lines from the nasolabial region towards the ear and upper ear, alongside vertical reference lines from the tail of the brow and mid-eye region.

What’s actually in my supplement routine 👀

I’m definitely that person who has a little daily supplement line up 😂

But I don’t just take things for the sake of it. Everything here has a reason for being part of my routine, from supporting my skin and collagen, to energy, sleep, recovery and general wellbeing.

The sweetest one in the line up

Manuka honey is naturally delicious and contains compounds associated with its antimicrobial activity.

I love having it as part of my routine, particularly when I want something soothing, and unlike most of my supplements, this one actually tastes like a treat. 😂

My coffee alternative with benefits

Matcha gives me a gentler caffeine lift while also providing antioxidants, particularly catechins such as EGCG.

I love it when I want a little boost without reaching straight for another coffee. Plus, making it has become a bit of a ritual in itself.

Because hydration is more than just drinking water

Humantra is my electrolyte go to. It helps replace electrolytes such as sodium, potassium and magnesium, which are especially useful around exercise, sweating and busy days.

Basically, I can drink all the water in the world, but I also want to make sure I’m actually replacing what my body loses.

Beauty support from the inside out

This one is firmly in my skin routine.

It provides hydrolysed marine collagen peptides alongside supporting nutrients, designed to complement the body’s own collagen structures.

Because I’ll happily invest in treatments for my skin, but I also want to support it nutritionally too. Inside AND outside always.

Small bottle. VERY big personality.

Oregano oil contains naturally occurring compounds including carvacrol and thymol and is probably one of the punchiest things in my supplement cupboard.

This is definitely one I treat with respect, though. More isn’t necessarily better, and concentrated oregano oil needs to be used according to the product directions.

The herbal one in my routine

Para Protex is a botanical supplement containing a blend of plant derived ingredients.

This is why injection technique matters.

For this treatment, I’m using a hybrid approach, adapting the technique and treatment depth to the anatomy and what we’re trying to achieve.

💉 Posterior → anterior — using a controlled fanning approach across appropriate treatment zones to support gradual collagen stimulation and improve overall facial structure.

💉 Lower face — carefully treating around the marionette/DAO region where appropriate, helping address the changes we associate with lower-face ageing.

💉 Temple hollows — a different approach altogether, with product placement adapted to the deeper anatomy and individual volume loss.

The aim with Sculptra isn’t to make you look filled.

It’s to stimulate your own collagen production, gradually restoring structure, firmness and skin quality so the result develops beautifully over time. 🔥
