Not my usual skin post, but one I wanted to have a permanent little place on my grid. 🥹❤️

It’s a late night, last minute post, but sometimes the things that mean the most deserve to be shared.

Today, one of my lovely skin clients surprised me with the most beautiful flowers, a card and a Starbucks voucher (because she knows me far too well and knows that’s the way to my heart 😂☕️).

No birthday. No special occasion. No reason whatsoever, other than just being an incredibly kind human being. 🥹

And honestly, I don’t think she’ll ever realise just how much this meant to me.

Being a skin specialist is about SO much more than just treating skin.

It’s about the relationships you build, the conversations you have, the trust people put in you and getting to be a little part of someone’s journey to feeling better about themselves.

I spend my days trying to make other women feel good, whether that’s in their skin, their confidence or simply giving them an hour where they can switch off from the world.

And then someone goes out of their way to make ME feel just as special. 🥹❤️

It’s moments like this that remind me why I love what I do so much.

I don’t think people realise that as much as we make an impact on our clients’ lives, our clients make just as much of an impact on ours.

Some of you have been with me for years. I’ve watched your confidence grow, listened to your stories, laughed with you, cried with you and built friendships I never expected when I first started this little business.

And I genuinely feel so lucky.

So this isn’t a post about skin, treatments or results.

It’s just a little reminder that there are some truly beautiful people in this world, and I’m lucky enough to have some of them walk through my clinic doors.

To my lovely client, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You really didn’t need to do any of this, but you’ve made me feel so appreciated.

I hope every single person who walks through the doors at SKININU leaves feeling even half as special as you’ve made me feel today. 🥹

My heart is full.

Girl therapy is real… but have you tried NEVER having to plan your life around shaving again? 🎀🫧
