I used to workout 6-7days a week, then I turned 40 and had been made to believe that everything I was doing g because I was working out at home wasn’t working! I have struggled for two years to get back on track, and as I look back yea maybe I wasn’t the thinnest my body still felt better because I was moving it! Now 42 in the midst of perimenopause and the chaos of the world I am going to try and get back into it, not for the sake of vanity but because I am tired of my body being in pain! This first workout showed me just how out of shape I am, so that is disheartening but I’ve been here before and I can get to where I was again. So for all you 40year olds, nothing changes if nothing changes! Let’s make some changes!

🎶Sunny days sweeping the clouds away, on my way to where the air is sweet...🎶
Was really feeling this song this morning! Decided to have Big Bird join me today, to help me smile.
