Catador Skip Falconer, and Master Catador Mike Morales, sat down to dissect Tecolotito — an American agave spirit from California, available in Blanco and Reposado expressions.

This is a highly limited, single-estate release — and there’s no guarantee this spirit will ever return.

👉 Distilled from 5,500 lbs of mature agave tequilena grown and harvested in November 2023 by Stan & Stephanie Giorgi at Glenn Annie Canyon, Goleta, CA.
👉 Steamed, fermented (without bagasse), and double pot distilled at Ventura Spirits, Ventura, CA.
👉 The Reposado rests 9 months in ex-bourbon casks.

Fun fact: Ventura Spirits is only the third distillery in California to produce an agave distillate. 🌎
