Big big shoutout to Taryn and Emma for coming down to Tennessee. I do have rush orders open if you want them by this tomorrow or Saturday.

Hung out at Tomora Horse Trials today! Checked off another show in Colorado.

I only covered the cross country as I didn’t think I was going to still be in Colorado right now. So there was another photographer doing the other two phases. So don’t be suprised when you just see XC.

I forced John to come join me so hopefully we were able to do it justice as it was a little last minute being there. by @skipperdoodlefritz

As a photographer of handful of show that usually involve the same people. I get to know these pairs quite well. And if they consistently do something (especially wearing yellow as their saddle pad color 😂) I tend to notice. Good and bad.

I have watched this particular pair get eliminated over and over again. Sometimes not their fault. But it was always like “you gotta make it to the finish this time please. I’m begging you. I can’t watch another walk off course”.

And I just know this girl has put in the work. We got closer and closer each time. But it always ended the same walk back. The damn yellow saddle pad and the bay going home without seeing me at the finish.

I know riders who have quit for less than what I have seen these two go through. So I felt for her and I just wanted this so bad for her.

TODAY! GUYS!!!

My freaking yellow pair got to me at the finish line. And I like had tears in my eyes for her. Because I know this sport is hard and the mental part of it is even harder. And she deserves the crap out of getting there.

I’m so proud of them. Stick with it all of you. by @skipperdoodlefritz

Thank you for a wonderful birthday today Bayou Gulch Horse Trials

Rush orders are open for this show! $50 to my Venmo (Skipperdoodlefritz) or PayPal (sillmanjj@gmail.com). Include rider number, division, and name. Please give me till close to the end of the week just due to travels.

Rush orders just get your photos posted this week onto my website for purchase instead of waiting the usual timeline. The first 30 people that send a rush order/order from this show will get some money off their order to do a little birthday treat for you.

I will extend my birthday sale into tomorrow just because I found out not all photos added. But hurry up and do that.

I also know that I have a lot of messages to get to. I will do that this week after celebrating my birthday.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes 💕 yall make me feel very lucky. by @skipperdoodlefritz

JJ IS TURNING 30 BIRTHDAY SALE!!

This will run all weekend. I will cut off sales by the end of the day August 2nd.

I am thinking for my current shows running this weekend I will maybe do $30 dollar rush fees. I haven’t come up with a plan yet. But I wanted to get this out there for all the people that have been holding out for a deal on my past shows.

Coconino!! The first July is all uploaded. I will give deals on that one and the second show but you’ll need to DM me. They won’t be included in this sale as they just were posted.

The sale will go live midnight tonight. Skipperdoodlefritz.com by @skipperdoodlefritz
