So here I am at my happy place . Not the most perfect weather but such a perfect day . It’s my 67th Birthday . I never thought I’d live this long and I am so GRATEFUL to have . I was recently told life is : 20% what happens to you and 80% how you react to it . In these crazy times as old ways of thinking and systems are failing . Over Memorial Day weekend, we brought members from @californiagayadventures together on Maui for something truly special. From yoga and breathwork to snorkeling, beach time, Road to Hana adventures, hot tubs, waterfalls, shared meals, and quiet moments of connection, this retreat reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

It was a weekend of wellness, adventure, friendship, laughter, and community in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

And since it’s Pride Month, we’re feeling extra grateful for the spaces we get to create together, places where LGBTQ+ people can show up, connect, explore, and feel at home.

This CGA retreat was created in collaboration with @prideadventures_lgbtq , and we’re so thankful for everyone who helped bring this experience to life.

Mahalo to everyone who joined us and helped make this Maui experience so meaningful.

Final day of our wellness and adventure weekend with California Gay Adventures!
