All hustle & my grandmother’s prayers. A special thank you to two phenomenal women who helped me so much. @callhermarie, the talent behind my logo, brand colors, fonts, and overall identity. I can’t thank you enough for setting me up for success and allowing me to stand out! @sisi_hood, a professional freehand beast! My room is everything I wanted and more because of you. So excited about this relationship and where we are going to take it for the next room 👀 Skin Essentials is open for bookings and you have to see it person. PS, how did I do @soloestheticianlove 🫣 by @sknessntls
This client struggled with persistent breakouts despite being on a customized routine. After a little skin detective work, Angelique discovered the missing piece, she was dermaplaning at-home! Home shaving without proper protocols is something that can easily compromise the skin and spread bacteria. Once we corrected the habit and supported the skin barrier properly, the healing began. Friendly reminder: please follow your esthetician’s recommendations, we promise there’s a reason. by @sknessntls
Angelique finally said it out loud! She’s opening up about dermaplaning facials, what they actually do, who they’re for, and clearing up all the myths. And yes, she’s also committing to being way more present on here. More education, more real talk, more behind-the-scenes. by @sknessntls
As a service provider, we spend a lot of time reminding clients of where they came from. That’s why photos are so important, they tell the story your daily mirror can’t. You see your skin every day, so progress can feel invisible, but transformation is still happening! #blackesthetician #losangeles #acne #hyperpigmentation #blackheads by @sknessntls
We understand that life happens, but last minute cancellations truly affect the flow of our day. Without proper notice, we can’t refill that time slot to recover the loss. As a small business, EVERY appointment matters, which is why our cancellation policy is in place to protect our time and service for all clients. As always we thank you for your understanding, consideration, and continued support, it truly means so much to us. by @sknessntls
Post–birth control skin can be confusing and frustrating. Hormonal shifts, over-consumption, and using products that weren’t right for her skin left her feeling stuck with no real direction. Once we properly analyzed her skin, simplified her routine, and guided her toward the right home care, everything changed. This is the year for less guessing, more intention! by @sknessntls
Preventative facials aren’t a luxury, they’re a strategy! - Stimulate collagen before fine lines set in - Keep pores clear to prevent future breakouts - Strengthen your skin barrier for long-term health - Improve circulation for a natural, consistent glow - Address concerns early before they become harder to treat Think of facials as maintenance, not damage control. Your future skin will thank you! by @sknessntls

This client traveled from Orange County to fully commit to her skin! After discontinuing birth control, client experienced hormonal changes that showed up on her skin. Instead of chasing quick fixes, she trusted the process. Through consistent professional chemical peels with Angelique and a solid, customized home-care routine, this is what one year of commitment looks like. No shortcuts. Just strategy, patience, and results. by @sknessntls
This year, your commitment to your skincare goals were loud. Chemical peels, LED therapy, and dermaplaning were our most-booked services, and Matcha was that girl because we sold a LOT of her! We’re beyond grateful for every appointment booked, every product trusted, and every client who chose us for their skin journey. Here’s to doubling these numbers, elevating results, and continuing to serve our clients next year and beyond. Thank you for being part of our story! by @sknessntls
