A work from the archives, presenting Iraqi music culture with Ali Najm, presented by DAZED Magazine.
These photographs were shot on film to bring out a sense of warmth and rich colors, so viewers can feel the inspiration of our homeland and the culture we want to share.

"The model in this work embodies the spirit of the past through a conceptual weave of threads that resonates with the nostalgia of memory.

Hey, I’m Ali Skok.

I see things that I feel no one else really notices.
I find beauty in every corner, in every little angle.
It’s a beauty I feel, a beauty I touch,
and a beauty I share with you.
