A little behind the scenes of an Untamed Table experience celebrating @polarisorv

This one brought together helmet painting, a bartender, a private chef, and our team handling the adventure dining experience from concept to execution.

We had a little unexpected adventure of our own when high winds rolled in that definitely weren’t on the radar. But that’s part of creating experiences outdoors — you adapt, make it work, and keep the good times going.

Eventually the wind settled down, everyone got comfortable, and the night turned into exactly what what you hoped it would be: great food, creative experiences, good drinks, and a group of people having a really good time.

We loved bringing all of these pieces together and creating an experience that felt completely unique to them.
