Whenever I’m feeling stuck, I go back to this R.I.S.E. framework.

1️⃣ Realize – I have to remember the doors are already open. Growth is waiting, but it’s my job to walk through.

2️⃣ Identify – I call out what I’ve been running from. If I can name it, I can understand it—and then I can change it.

3️⃣ Shift – I remind myself obstacles were never really obstacles. They’ve always been opportunities in disguise.

4️⃣ Elevate – Confidence doesn’t show up overnight. It’s built by taking consistent steps: action ➝ results ➝ more confidence.

This framework has helped me tremendously. No matter where you’re at, confidence is built step by step. Try using R.I.S.E. the next time you feel stuck and watch how your perspective shifts.

I pack my parachute the same way I work on myself

Slowly and carefully, making sure to check for anything that could be a hazard in the future

Each step is deliberate and thoughtful

I enjoy the present moment, appreciating the small victories and the lessons learned along the way

Even though I sometimes wish the process could be faster, I’m excited about the progress and the journey itself

I understand that some may not get why I do it this way, but it’s not about their understanding

It’s about what I gain from this methodical approach

The growth, the confidence, and the joy of knowing I’m becoming the best version of myself

Take a moment today to focus on one aspect of your life where you can be more deliberate and careful

Make a plan, check for potential obstacles, and appreciate the progress you make

Life isn’t about big promises it’s about the small ones you keep daily.

Set expectations. Follow through. Do it again

That’s how you build confidence strong enough for someone to trust you whether it’s in business relationships or even jumping out of a plane 🪂

Thanks for pullin up @darian.williams_ appreciate you fam 👊🏾
