Bit late for this, but here’s a media dump from our week in Arizona. I was sure to run a lot while I was there, as I commonly do when on vacation just so I can see more of somewhere that isn’t where I always am. Running in the desert was challenging due to the lack of water anywhere but fulfilling, and the weather actually wasn’t bad most of the time, just clear skies and around 80.

A lot of these photos are from a ~9.5 mile hike through the mountains with @pugbushka94 . We were originally only going to be out for three hours, but I wanted to keep pushing every time he asked, so we actually ended up roughing it in the desert sun for about six hours. 😅 My bad. Got some good photos of the beautiful mountains, and got over 2000 feet of elevation change from beginning to end. The second half of it was pretty much just suffering but I took pride in knowing most people couldn’t do that at all. Definitely have a new respect for unc now.

Our last full day there we went shooting with my darling wife @tatumnoelle24 . This was just loads of fun and made me really want an AR-15, so enjoy the clips of that.

While I was gone, hail in Springfeild destroyed my car. Yay. 😀

Also I got a cool arm pump in the gym today if anyone’s curious. 🤨 taken in Apache Junction, Arizona by @skydee8268

I’ve officially gotten my first sponsor! Dubby is an energy drink company that puts no junk ingredients into their product. No jitters, no crash, just cleaner energy. I’m promoting it here and on my channel because I will actually be using this product myself, so I can recommend it. Big thanks to @dubby.gg for the sponsorship! If you guys want to grab some of their stuff and support the channel at the same time, head to their website and use promo code SKYDEE2026 for a discount!

Man this summer was eventful. After moving into my first apartment, living on my own for a few months, making insane amounts of progress on YouTube, getting married, taking a vacation (for once), and now being in my last semester of college, I’m looking back and I’m very grateful to God for getting me through all of that in one piece, and for those that were with me along the way. by @skydee8268

Yes, I am finally getting around to making a post about this: I am officially monetized on YouTube! I became monetized shortly after I hit 1k subscribers and in the week after that, I already hit 2k. It happened on stream the other day and it brought some serious joy to me. To all of you who have been with me through this I want to extend a massive thank you for helping me realize a dream I’ve had since I was small. Huge thanks to @thesussybakasyt for all of the collaborative stuff and for just being my channels closest ally, and a great friend. Another big thanks to @tatumnoelle24 for inspiring me to keep going through with this, from the very beginning. God is truly good and the glory is His. by @skydee8268

Hello everyone! Thank you to everyone who is subscribed to my channel, as I've hit 500 subscribers as of a few days ago. This means memberships were available to me, and I have since set that up. It's been approved by YouTube, so if you want to become a member, you now can! You get early access to videos, exclusive videos should I make them, and four custom emojis to leave in comments and on streams (which I've made quite funny).

I've made it as cheap as YouTube would let me (0.99 USD), so it's easy for supporters to support. I don't want anyone to feel like they HAVE to, because no one really does, but it would be massively appreciated and is a great way to support the creation of content on my channel if you really enjoy it! Again, thanks to everyone who has subscribed! Let's get to 1k by the end of the year!

If you read all that and haven't subscribed yet, what the actual heck are you doing my brotha subscribe

You may have noticed, but AI content has begun to take over social media. It's a controversial topic for several reasons, and scary as well since the technology is only going to get better and will be able to discredit anything we see online. First AI discredited artists with image generation, and now it's able to discredit news outlets and YouTubers such as myself. And ANYONE can do it, from the comfort of their own homes.

This post is to establish my stance when it comes to AI content: I have used AI to help me put together (edit) videos thus far and I will say it's been a great tool for that. However, so many people are now creating content that is ENTIRELY AI. The only bit that wasn't was the prompt the human gave the AI and that's about it. There will be NONE of that content on my YouTube channel as I just don't agree with it. Even though AI content is WILDLY popular on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, I will never let my channel become a soulless cash grab cheat code. I'm not sure why we've done this to ourselves as a society. I'm trying to be authentic and genuine as I can possibly be with my channel, and if I uploaded content like that, all of my values I'm trying to uphold would be out the window.

This isn't to say that I hate AI, because I don't. AI has it's uses that are perfectly fine, such as some aspects of video editing that AI helps massively with, to go back to my previous example. But it has simply gone too far.
