#41 signing off.
🏒After 9 total years i’ve never once thought of saying goodbye. While it’s so hard to move on to the next chapter, I will always be greatful for the experience, memories, and my best friends that I made along the way. Thank you hockey for being more than just a sport, but a place I can call home. by @skyelaredens

Made history🥇🏆📣

2026 NCA National Champions

This season gave me more than I ever imagined- it gave me a family. As a freshman, I came in to Midland doubting if I was even good enough to be a college cheerleader. But this team changed that in every possible way. I’m beyond proud and grateful for my best friends and teammates who stood beside me in every step of the way, pushing me to grow in confidence and helping me develop my skills far beyond what I thought I was capable of. There were times where I didn’t think I could keep going, especially while dealing with a back injury all season, but I never gave up-and that’s because my coaches and teammates believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself. To my coaches, thank you for seeing something in me that I couldn’t see in myself and for pushing me to become stronger every single day. To my teamates, thank you for becoming my family and bringing upon memories that I will forever hold on to. To my family at home, thank you for always supporting me no matter the distance. And to my best friends, thank you for always being there for me, encouraging me, and for never giving up on me. After everything this season has put us through-the losses and the challenges-we never stopped showing up for each other. We stayed strong when it would’ve been easier to fall apart, and that’s what makes this team special. I never thought I’d be able to call myself a national champion. Now I will forever hold that title and be proud that we made history. I will always carry this team with me. I’m so excited for next year and everything ahead of us, because I know this is just the beginning of something even bigger.
