365 days and i still have not come to terms with your passing. when i cry i have to imagine you holding me and when i have a bad dream i have to imagine crawling next to you in bed. there have been countless times that i go to text you- until i realize that i will not be receiving a response.
365 days and not one has felt easier than the one prior. there will never be a “coming to terms.” my heart will always ache at the thought of you and mind will always envy at the idea of still having a mother. the love you poured out cannot be imitated or replaced.
