POSTS STORIES REELS

Not too shabby for my rookie year in posing coaching. My clients and athletes put up big numbers for me this year, because at the end of the day…I only assist in these wins. All credit goes to the athlete and prep coach. I’m just here to help them present the their work in the best way possible.

So blessed to be where I’m at, and doing what I’m doing! So grateful to all the coaches and athletes that worked with me in this first year. Looking forward to building on this EPIC first season.

Today marks the first exclusive @eminentnutrition event! We bonded, we laughed, we learned more about each other than we probably needed too. I ended up in the pool, I was captain to TEAM BLUE (we won the first ever Eminent Games), and I was awarded the first ever “He Is Eminent” award. Couldn’t have had a better day with some of the best people! What an absolute honor it is to be a part of a company that so well aligns with my own values and beliefs. What a privilege it was to be surrounded by some of the most driven, passionate, and talented people I’ve ever had the honor to meet. What a privilege to be a part of a team that all has the same vision.

A huge thank you to @caseybarnette and @leslylovefit for putting together this event , but a supplement company where so many can call each other family. It was absolutely amazing to see the drive and passion you have for the company and its athletes!

A huge shout out to the rest of our leadership team! @jmihaly_ who always brings the biggest energy in the room, and the brightest ideas to the table! @prettybrittyfit who goes above and beyond as an athlete manager to make sure we are set for success. @tonygoat_taveras who is one of the most spiritually in tune and motivational leaders I’ve ever had the pleasure of hearing speak.

This is only the beginning….this is more than a supplement company. It’s a movement. To stop settling for mediocrity and start expecting excellence.

STAY EMINENT MY FRIENDS🏆

Activating the glute to show off striations without losing hamstring drop isn’t the easiest thing until you know the secret.

Pelvic floor contraction. The same muscle used to control your pee. I know it’s strange, but I promise if you practice starting/stopping yourself while you pee. You will get comfortable with using this muscle and allowing you to hit those perfect side chest shots.

Don’t just push yourself to be better. Push the ones around you to be the best version of themselves as well. Be the catalyst for growth for everyone you’re around. By pushing others to be their best versions, you will be pushed as well. Give more than you take, and the return will be tenfold.

Don’t compromise your silhouette!

Having the elbows too low in a back double bicep throws off the flow of the pose. Overpowers the front delts, takes away from biceps, and having the elbows at a downward angle just disrupts the silhouette.

Instead: get arms set where you’re not stretching out the lats by having the elbows to high, while maintaining a good balance between the front delts and biceps. Then think about pushing your armpits forward, scooping under with the elbows by externally rotating shoulders and bringing hands towards the judges.

DM or comment below to get 1-1 posing sessions today. Don’t wait till last minute. Let’s get started today!

Pull day highlights. We continue to grow and improve. Back is getting wide, and weights are getting heavy at this point.😅

I used to measure growth by what I could accomplish on stage. Now, I’m learning there’s a different kind of fulfillment in helping others find their own success.

When I first stepped into the Athlete Manager role, I was a little scared. It was new territory, and I didn’t know exactly what to expect.

But this role has taught me so much about leadership, connection, and my ability to step into something different.

After years of bodybuilding, I’ve experienced so many seasons, the highs, lows, setbacks, and the breakthroughs. Getting to share those lessons, connect with athletes, and help them navigate their own journeys has become one of the most fulfilling parts of this role.

FOREVER GRATEFUL.

Day one vs One day

Flowing is not easy, hell….posing in general is not easy. It takes work, it takes effort, it takes discipline just like everything else in life that you want to be good at. Stay the course and continue improving on a daily basis. This growth in ability is the culmination of years of practice. Months and months of working with and learning from @jonlofthousee and @flowbysammy (the best in the business). Crazy thing is…I haven’t even begun to peak yet. I continue to strive to improve and get better. All in the name of being my most EMINENT self.

If you want to get better at posing, work with those who can get you there. Mandatory poses, footwork, transitions, core control, flow, stage presence, and flair…can all be taught. Just gotta have the right coach. Don’t quit striving to be the best version of yourself.
