Don’t beat yourself up, you didn’t miss out on the Black & Bleu Burger! It’s got real crumbled bleu cheese, caramelized onions, applewood bacon, and garlic aioli on top of a fresh - never frozen - burger and a pillowy brioche roll.

IT’S OKTOBERFEST! 🇩🇪🍺 We’re open at noon, for German food specials, perfect patio weather, and our craft beer. At 4pm, the Charlie Galvin Band takes the stage for an evening of music, and at 530pm our official, judged, Steinholding competition begins! If you’re participating, get down here early to register for the competition - there are both men’s and women’s heats, and our winners qualify for the state competition! Get ready to line up and hoist with us - PROST! 🍺 by @skylinebeerco

Bite into the Polish Kielbasa Dog! It’s a Chicopee Provision Blue Seal kielbasa dog, braised in beer, grilled, and served on a grilled brioche bun. We top it with sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard and serve it with chips.

New Fried Cheese Curds are beer-battered Wisconsin cheese curds; served with housemade jalapeno ranch. Crispy, creamy, and addictive! 😜

Anyone can serve you poutine, but soggy fries, watery gravy, and cheese bits ain’t it. Ours have a base of crispy golden fries, a thick, rich beef gravy, and chunky cheddar curds that will have you singing “oh, Canada.” 🇨🇦

This bratwurst is local, straight from Chicopee Provision! We braise it in our beer and grill it up, then top with caramelized onions and whole grain mustard. It’s possibly the most perfect Oktoberfest bite there is.

No trivia tonight, but it’ll be back next week.

🌊 Mother Ocean earned her new label today! @_sarah_the_artist_ strikes again bringing our imaginations to reality. Check out that Kraken that wraps around the whole can. This Hazy NEIPA has become a fan favorite quickly and is our fastest selling IPA. 6.8% offers that sweet spot so you can have a few of them. Full-bodied and silky smooth texture with notes of citrus, peach, passionfruit, and mild grapefruit.

Skyline Kids Corner is back for the season. We offer this FREE craft activity from 4-6pm today only, grab the kiddos and come down. Fun for the whole family! All the stuff to build this cuppy squirrel 🐿️

Taproom Tuesday means $15 burger, beer and fries. Your choice of 4 revolving Skyline beers that will accompany your burger nicely.

We’ve still got that Pumpkin Peeper, we are quickly running this solo batch of beer that we brew once a year. Don’t miss out.
