This year, Pride feels even more urgent. With UK courts making decisions that continue to strip trans people of their rights and dignity, we are reminded that the fight for equality is far from over. Trans rights are human rights — and no legal ruling can erase the truth of our identities or the worth of our lives.

About eight years ago, I made a bold decision to leave everything behind and take a chance in London. I packed my life into a suitcase, had no concrete plans, barely any money, but was driven by sheer determination. It still amazes me that I was in such a troubled state of mind that I chose the streets of London over staying with my parents. I ended up homeless for a staggering 50 days – I vividly recall using McDonald's napkins as makeshift pads during my period.

But then, fortune began to turn in my favor. I secured a job at a hostel, working 16 hours a week and receiving accommodation. Eventually, I landed a full-time position. I worked tirelessly seven days a week, balancing auditions for drama school until I was accepted. I even pursued a Master's in acting, explored short films, delved into experimental theater, and now find myself in the realm of social media. Life is an unpredictable adventure that leads you to unexpected destinations, so don't hesitate to take risks.

I visited today @crumbvegan to try their new cookie: lucky girl: a salted vanilla cookie with a matcha ganache center. 🍪 🍵

It was deliciously good 🤤 and the oat flat white was delicious too.
They have a variety of cookies ( all vegan 🌱 btw 🙂‍↕️💚)
If you are around the area I would def recommend for you to go and try their cookies and coffee.

I visited @jujuhomecha matcha pop up
Boxpark in Shoreditch (WC 9-15/3 - 20% off all their beverages) so I can try their matcha.
I had cherry matcha cloud with oat milk - even the cream was plant-based!
It was refreshing and the cherry blended nicely with the matcha.
I will rate it 8/10 🍵

First trip of the year: Helsinki 🇫🇮 ✔️
As a Greek island kid, snow was basically a myth to me… so yes, I had to build a snowman ⛄️
Please don’t judge my snowman skills — they’re tragically non-existent and I’m very aware 🙂‍↕️❄️

Day 2/365 included domestic chaos aka a lot of grocery shopping and laundry and then it was time to explore “Night Cafe”
We went around 11 pm and stayed up to 5 am - the place has big sofa beds you can snuggle and chill, a small ball pit that you can play around, a lot of card and board games and we also got unlimited coffee to keep us up till the early morning.
