♍️ I turned 31 a couple weeks ago and I still couldn’t be happier to be in my 30’s feeling myself ground and age into who I really am. It’s been a confronting, humbling yet graceful journey to start recognizing the concept of time and how much we have here. I have noticed more and more gratitude as the years pass. I learned a heck of a lot more than 5 lessons but here’s a little piece of my reflections ✨ by @skymansel

Happy birthday to my best friend, my rock! Truly blessed that I get to love this pure, gentle, beautiful soul. This planet has been blessed for 31 years with your presence. Here’s to many more ❤️ by @skymansel

Im exploring an invisible cure for an invisible illness. After five years of searching for answers outside of myself, I’m spending this next chapter abandoning wellness hacks, obsessive testing and “fixing” and instead turning inward to see whats possible using only my awareness around the inner conversations I’m having with myself and how I engage with the world.

Cheers to growth and healing and if you have ever experienced chronic illness than I see you, healing IS possible so let’s learn the language of our body together. ❤️
