🛑 Too many chasing sacks, not enough stopping the run.
Being a real defensive lineman means EARNING the sack by dominating the run first.
Fundamentals win games — gap integrity, leverage, hands, discipline.
If we lose the art of run-stopping, we lose the trenches. Period.

🏈 Respect the craft. Play the run. Earn the sack.

From the NFL lockout to Europe in 2012, and since 2018 Hungary has been my home. Today I proudly became a citizen. Grateful to my family and friends in America for the foundation, and to my Hungarian family for the love and support. Special shoutout to my team, the Fehérvár Enthroners. Together we built something bigger than football.

THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE DETAILS. 🥶

Everybody wants to make plays.

The best linemen learn WHY they make them.

Master the details → dominate the trenches.

🎥 Save this.
💬 What part of your game are you working on right now?

In the trenches, nothing works alone, every phase connects.
This drill teaches our guys how to sync their movements, stay balanced, and win the rep with control. Not just reacting… moving with purpose.

Most DL coaches only get 15 minutes, so every drill has to teach multiple things at once.
This one hits: get‑off, footwork, hip control, redirect, finish.

We don’t chase fancy.
We chase mastery.

🦍 Slant with Purpose 🦍

A run slant isn’t just a 45° step — it’s about wheeling that rip.
Rip = leverage. Rip = control. Rip = the ability to fight back inside when the offense tries to wash you out.
>Without the rip, you’re just running vertical. With the rip, you’re collapsing the pocket and owning the gap.
Trenches 101 teaches you to slant, rip, and dominate.
