On Sunday night, our sweet boy crossed the rainbow bridge, Vincent Chase. The boy that made an imprint on every person he met. 🥹 still processing, so devastated, still wish I could come home to my boy. It’s been really hard to find the words to describe how I feel but this is a start. 4/20/25 🪽💜✨🤍🦭 To My Sweet Boy, My Guardian, My Forever - Vinny Baby, You taught me a love I didn’t know could exist.
A love so pure, it softened my hardest days and lit up my darkest nights.
You held me with your quiet strength, your warm softness, your gentle presence that was my safe place. You were my anchor through life’s toughest chapters.
Without you, I don’t know how I would have made it through.
And somehow, always, you knew—when I needed a cuddle, a paw, a deep sigh of comfort—you were there. You showed me the true meaning of resilience.
Even in your final moments, when your body was tired, you surrendered with grace and chose love until the very end.
You never stopped lifting your leg for a belly rub or turning into a little meerkat to ask for food—even when it was hard. I’ll never forget the feeling of petting your soft head, your fur like silk beneath my fingers. Coming home to you was always my favorite moment. 
You let me lay on you like a pillow and loved me with no conditions.
You gave me your whole self. I miss your eye boogers.
I miss the way you’d sit on my chest or legs, ignoring all concepts of personal space.
I miss your snoring, your seal cousins on the boat, your spot between Papa’s legs in the den while still guard dogging, and the way he always snuck you snacks under the table. You were the embodiment of perfect pug love—all 30 sweet pounds of you.
We tried everything. We gave it our all. And I know, deep down, we had the best life together.
No regrets. Just infinite gratitude. You made a mark on everyone you met, both IRL & virtually. Thank you for loving me for almost 12 beautiful years.
Thank you for staying with me now, in spirit, as fiercely as you did in body.
I feel you still. I honor you always. You are my prince, my protector, my greatest teacher.
You are love. And you are forever. Thank you for choosing me. Love always,

The story behind Founders Edit is so special to me ✨ 2 years ago, I left corporate completely burnt out. I needed time to unravel, heal, and explore my magic outside of the tech career I had known for so long. Around then, I found Rise Up Circle. I pitched a wellness collaboration that happened to take place at Activate House, my favorite wellness collective in San Diego, owned by Steph, a dear friend, client, and partner. That collaboration led to a very special friendship and partnership with Charlene & Veronica, the founders of Rise Up & a year of working together across community, content, events, and partnerships. As a consultant, investor, and entrepreneur myself, I’ve felt how lonely building something can be. Ive always had a vision to bring my network & founders together in an intentional way, especially in an underserved market like San Diego. I pitched the programming concept to Charlene, she believed in the vision, and I ran with it. & less than 3 weeks later, it was real. From there, I kept building. That first gathering became the starting point for what I went on to build into Founders Edit, a platform where I get to bring together so many things I’ve spent my career obsessed with: founders, connection, experiences, partnerships, and ecosystem-led growth. And what’s been most special is HOW it has grown. Nearly every founder, venue, brand, and collaborator who has come into this world has been a friend, a friend of a friend, a past partner, or someone from another chapter of my life. It’s living proof of something I’ve believed my entire career: Proximity is power. And partnerships are everything. I can’t wait to test my wild ideas, bring incredible people together, and build alongside people I genuinely adore. I have no idea exactly where Founders Edit is going yet, or is that’s even going to remain the name. But I have a LOT of ideas, BIG initiatives in the works, some incredible partners and supporters to thank, and a feeling we’re only scratching the surface.
