Originally listed at $99 million in 2023, brought back at the same price in 2024, then repositioned to $89 million in March 2025, the property ultimately traded for $62.5 million.

The transaction surpassed the $55 million Port Royal sale from January and was represented on both sides by Tim Savage of Gulf Coast International Properties.
