✨ A lil freestyle moment from my last class. I noticed I closed my eyes a lot lol. But it helps me connect with the music and my body. I know sometimes as dancers we can get in our head about freestyling, (trust me, I do 🙋🏽‍♀️) but the magic happens when you let go and allow yourself to move with your body.
