I seen a post today that says: do what you love profusely, with urgency…like now (I’m paraphrasing) but time is a gift, you literally can not control it…you only use it wisely or you waste it. In the past 6 months I lived the birth of my Nephew (which I witnessed the entire 9 months my Sister carried him) My Brother got his Doctorate (which I witnessed years of reading, writing, running & research) and my Grandmother transitioned (with whom I spent the vast majority of my life with). Time.

It’s like this. Time is present, now. You can make time, you can take your time, you can even have a time but are you at peace with time?

Have you done what you needed to do with your time?

Snow days are an invitation to slow down.

Coloring is one of my favorite ways to calm my nervous system, lower stress, and give my mind a peaceful place to rest.

It’s a quiet way to tell yourself, I deserve rest. I deserve ease. I deserve moments that feel soft.
