Multiple unread and spam coming out my ears, possibly a few confirmations from a little online shopping spree on Saturday night 😳

Coffee two, incoming.
Aim - Zero unread by 10am. Then it will be onto client inboxes for their weekend detox too.

Every so often someone asks what a VA actually does, thinking that they probably can't help them. So, here is a little snapshot of this week.

This week, I tackled a overflowing inbox, set up utilities on two new properties, streamlined a CRM to keep leads current and updated a website to get listings. There was much more than this done but the carousel would keep going round forever 🤣

Nothing glamorous, nothing that makes a highlight reel, just the kind of work that keeps a business running smoothly in the background.

Sunny afternoons and a quiet garden. It makes me start reading like it’s a competitive sport. ☀️📚 🤣

Once work is wrapped up for the day, I love nothing more than switching off, stepping away from the screen and diving into a book, often with a nice cold glass of Rose to hand 😜.

I need some book recommendations. I would love to know what is on your bedside table. I usually alternate between lighthearted chick lit, crime fiction and psychological thrillers.

Friday is here, hasn't the week flown by!! My to do list is still very much alive and kicking! ☕ Here is a little peek behind the scenes at what today looks like for me as a Virtual Assistant.

I started the morning with my daily inbox check ins because emails do not manage themselves and a tidy inbox is a happy inbox 😉 Making sure everyone has a tidy start to the day, clearing out junk, replying where i can and flagging anything that needs a reply by the client.

I also have an Airbnb turnaround to coordinate this afternoon, I love getting everything spick and span and pride myself on the 5 ⭐️ reviews but in this heat it is going to be the worst part of my day. 🥵.

Somewhere in between all of that there are databases to update and other tasks to keep everything ticking along nicely behind the scenes.

No two days are ever the same, which I love. Now if someone could just sort out a Friday afternoon cocktail that would be great. 🍹
