"Jal Neti" one of steps of Shatkarm (6 steps of cleansing) is the process of cleansing and purifying the nasal passages. Jal neti should ideally practiced in the morning before pranayama and asanas.
It helps prevent and manage respiratory tract diseases, also helps to maintain good health of ears, eyes and throat. It has calming and soothing influence on brain. It stimulates the various nerve endings in the nose, improving sense of smell & overall health of an individual.
It balances the right and left nostrils and corresponding left and right brain hemispheres.

My therapist said “release your emotions.”
I took that personally. 🤷‍♀️

Slesha is back from India. 🪷

She is home and we are so happy to have her teaching weekly classes again @solyogapilatesstudio.

There is something special about learning from a yoga teacher who continues to be a student herself. @slesha_dahake brings so much dedication, discipline and heart to her practice, and that comes through in the way she teaches and holds space for her students.

Come practice with Slesha on Sunday mornings or catch one of her 7 AM classes during the week.

Find Slesha’s full class schedule and reserve your mat on the MINDBODY app. ❤️ by @slesha_dahake

Maybe this is where Heer would’ve waited. 💛

The mountains, rivers and glaciers understood me without asking questions. Ended up falling in love with entire state 'Alaska'.

I’m still healing, still learning. But the practice keeps me grounded and inspired.

On this international Yoga day, wishing everyone a day filled with stillness, strength, and self-connection. The longest day of the year, the summer solstice.
