And that’s a wrap at MEMPHO, MANE!!! Super grateful for this bunch. What an awesome time it was. Special shoutout to @twitch_presents for being my side quest partner all week and to @sadiexgrant_ for being the best right hand man in the land. Couldn’t have done it without you guys! Slide right for at least two appearances by @fishbonesoldier 😉

Now That’s What I Call Thirty Years 💿✨ A little birthday, a little nostalgia, a lot of gratitude.

This season has felt like a compilation album of all the versions of me I’ve been, all the people who have loved me through each era, and all the new beginnings I didn’t fully see coming.

Turning 30 felt big — not in a scary way, but in a “look how far we’ve come” kind of way. This party was a love letter to the early 2000s I grew up in and to every person who’s been on this playlist with me. But the last slide is the real plot twist — one I’ve worked really hard for and couldn’t be more proud of.

Spoiler alert: I’ve decided to defer my admission until next Fall, but your girl is GOING TO GRAD SCHOOL ✨💅🎓

thank you 🙏🏻 @chloelittlefield_ for capturing all of these incredible shots from the party and to everyone who came out to celebrate with me. I’m a little late to post about it, but I’ve been busy lol💞 by @slick_rick14

Sometimes the best professional development looks a little different.
ㅤ
We recently partnered with our friends at @thirdcoastcomedyclub in Nashville for an optional professional development event. A few of our Tennessee VOX participants joined NIVF board members and NIVA's social media wizard for an afternoon of improv.
ㅤ
We loved spending the afternoon with those who joined us and definitely missed our local VOX participants who weren't able to make it. We hope to see everyone at a future VOX gathering!
ㅤ
While improv is known for comedy, it also builds skills that are invaluable in live entertainment—communication, adaptability, collaboration, and thinking on your feet.
ㅤ
A huge thank you to the incredible team at Third Coast Comedy Club for welcoming us and sharing your expertise. We can't wait to partner again! 💙 by @slick_rick14

Last week at @memphofest was pure magic—late nights, killer performances, and that electric energy only live music and that Memphis soul can bring. What an honor to have been part of this incredible experience and to work behind the scenes of something so special. From the sunsets to the sound checks, every moment was a reminder of why I love what I do. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Here are a few clips from some of my favorite moments 🎥✨

@riot_fest really does have it all. And dear Christina really is a punk rocker. Her all time alt-rock American pop punk daydream. Thank you @markyramoneofficial and @alltimelow for making my dreams come true. You have no idea how much it means. 🤘🏼⚡️🎵 #RiotGirlForever

The tide is hi(gh) and I’m riding the tone 🌊🏄🏼‍♀️ 4ever 🗣️ Shoutout to @nivfdotorg & @inheritthemusic for hooking me up with the ultimate summer gig at @thehitonecafe—aka my second home. This whole experience slapped me right back to why I fell in love with this industry in the first place, and spoiler alert: I’m not going anywhere.

➡️ Supporting local talent and indie venues isn’t just about buying a ticket or streaming a song—it’s about fueling the future of our local scenes and stages. Every dollar spent keeps artists creating, venues buzzing, and the city’s music scene thriving.

In Memphis—a city that’s basically the Joan Jett of music cities—the Hi Tone is the indie queen holding down the throne, despite the city’s notorious bad rep. 👊🏼🎸It’s not just a venue; it’s a vibe, a movement, and a love letter to authenticity, creativity, and community that we trace back to our origin. Whether you’re a hardcore music junkie or just someone who wandered in for a drink and stayed for the soul-shaking tunes, the Hi Tone delivers an experience that’s equal parts electric and unforgettable. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why music matters—and why Memphis will always be the heartbeat of it all. 🪩⚡️ #MemphisMusic #SaveOurStages #LiveMusicLivesHere — [plus they have a really cool cat and the best NY style pizza south of the Mason Dixon].

Sooo guess what? This creative chaos queen is just getting started. Stay tuned for my next chapter (or just #hireme—I’m low-key amazing, and a bit of a budding rock historian) 💭👀 #musicindustry #eventmarketing #digitalmarketing #venueoperations #MemphisMagic 💋✨ by @slick_rick14

Went on a bit of a Memphis music scavenger hunt in my camera roll this morning, and wound up chasing @cooperyoungassociation #PorchFest ghosts.

Unearthed this reel of a few snippets of #cyporchfest2025 in my drafts, and it utterly bewitched me. What a fantastic find [to find] in my online stash 🤸🏼‍♀️💥⚡️🍒🎶

Remember what @avicii said. #livealife #youwillremember 🦋✨
