Last year at SLOHS was one I’ll treasure forever. A year filled with growth, joy, and countless moments that reminded me how lucky I am to teach here. The memories we created will always hold a special place in my heart. 💛

Now, as we step into the 2025–2026 dance year, my heart is full of excitement for what’s ahead. I’m humbled and grateful to be part of such a remarkable community, surrounded by students who are not only talented beyond words but also kind, resilient, and inspiring humans.

Here’s to another year of movement, connection, and magic. Let’s dance into this season with open hearts and big dreams. 🩰✨

I am BEYOND proud of our Sadie and Lucy for writing, directing, AND choreographing an incredible adaptation of TWILIGHT for the 24-Hour Musical! 👏✨🎭

I’m also so proud of our Dance members Tori, Simone, and Liv for performing in the show! They were all absolutely fantastic, and the entire production was hilarious, creative, and SO impressive!

And what made it even more special was seeing SO many of my other students up on that stage shining, too! 🥹💛 Nearly 60 students came together in UNDER 24 hours to create and perform this show, and watching that much creativity, courage, collaboration, and joy come together was incredible.

There is something so special about seeing young people discover what they’re capable of… taking risks, trying something new, sharing their talents, supporting one another, and pursuing the things that light them up. Watching students grow in confidence and courage while finding the people, passions, and experiences that bring them joy is truly inspiring. ✨

These students continue to amaze me with their kindness, talent, creativity, and hard work. I also LOVED seeing so many of our Dance Team members show up to cheer them on and support their teammates outside of Dance. That kind of support and community makes my heart so happy. 🫶

Bravo, ladies!!! 👏👏👏 And BRAVO to all 60 students and @slohstheatreco on an incredible 24-Hour Musical! 🎭✨💛 by @slohsdance
