🧪 THE STORY BEHIND GRINDOLOGY FITNESS 🧪

Grindology wasn’t built in a gym — it was built from purpose, pain, and a whole lot of growth.
I’ll let the image explain the rest… (Swipe ▶️)

What started as my personal fight through loss and rebuilding has turned into a movement built on grit, accountability, and real transformation — inside and outside the gym.

You can’t keep doing the same thing and expecting different results. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Less than 90 days left in the year.

Stop waiting for the “right time”—your results won’t change until you do. DM me “GRIND” now and let’s get to work with Grindology Fitness. 💚💪🏾 by @slowgrind_kb

For a long time, I tried to do everything on my own.
The highs. The lows. The wins. The losses.
No matter how much I achieved, something still felt like it missing.

Today, I make a public declaration:
I’m taking my hands off the wheel and putting God in control.
- Proverbs 3:5–6

I’m cleaning the slate. Starting over from zero.
Forgiving myself for the broken parts of my past.
Letting go of what I can’t change.
-2 Corinthians 5:17

This new life won’t be perfect. It won’t be easy.
But I won’t be walking it alone.

Reborn. Refocused. Realigned. 🙏🏾 taken in Celebration Church by @slowgrind_kb
