while the boys were running with the bulls, the girls drank about five trillion goblet sized aperol spritz, absolutely destroyed our sandals and white outfits, “slept” in an airbnb on the loudest party plaza of the festival that even noise canceling airpods couldn’t block out, danced all night long, never once got hungover (because europe duh), realized how worth it having a travel fan is, laughed literally non stop, and it was all full blow chaos in the BEST way imaginable. pamplona, we love you 🍹 taken in Pamplona, Spain by @sls_properties

SOLD! 30 Anson Street, Charleston, SC 29401

This one was HARD WORK and such an incredible success for my sellers.

30 Anson had previously been on the market for 110 days without an offer when I took over the listing. I knew immediately that this house needed more than new photos and a relaunch. It needed a vision and a LOT of work to show buyers just how special it was and what it could be.

We completely reworked how the property was presented. I spent countless hours on creating high-end renderings to show the potential of the incredible double lot, went through BAR approval for a major hardscape and landscape plan, completely staged the house, oversaw power washing and cosmetic work, and obsessed over every single detail of the photography, video, marketing and positioning before we went live.

The first week was insane. We had a huge turnout of showings and on day 7, we ratified an all-cash, as-is offer with a quick 3-week closing.

110 days with no offers → under contract in 7.

I put my absolute ALL into this listing and could not be happier with the result for my sellers.

The best part of my job is finding the ones that aren’t actually on the market 🤍

Hunted down this incredible circa 1870 Freedman’s Cottage South of Broad and put it under contract OFF MARKET for some of the most special out-of-town buyers.
